Yes. Free shipping is included on every UKLISS order — there is no minimum spend.

We choose the courier that suits your delivery address so your order arrives safely. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier's schedule.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Tracking details are sent to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Every product is checked and packed by our team before shipment, so transit damage is rare — but if it happens, send us photos of the parcel and the product and we will arrange a replacement.

Yes. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges are free as long as the product and packaging are in good condition — no hair tangled in the tool and no damage to the product.

Keep the product, accessories and original box together — we will send you the return instructions.

Scan the QR code on the after-sales card in your box to join our community group and activate your warranty.

The 2-year warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Product quality issues
Functional problems under normal use

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse
Accidental drops or physical damage
Unauthorised repairs or modifications
Damage caused by improper operation
Normal wear and tear

Send us your unboxing video plus photos or video of the damaged part, together with your order number.

Choose the temperature setting that matches your hair type for the best result.

The UKLISS Steam Hair Straightener uses steam care technology to reduce dryness while styling, leaving hair smoother, shinier and easier to manage.

Follow the instructions in the manual and use the setting suited to your hair for the best result.

Please do not use it on soaking wet hair.

For the best styling result, use it on 70–90% dry hair. A light hair oil beforehand helps achieve a smoother, more polished finish.

Orders shipped within Malaysia come with the Malaysia / UK three-pin plug.

Check the voltage printed on the base of the tool and use a suitable adapter when travelling.
